
MILAN VUKMIROVIC
CREATIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDING PARTNER
Milan Vukmirovic started his career at the famous French magazine Jardin Des Modes. After various experiences at Christian Lacroix, Lanvin, Matsuda, and Emmanuelle Fouks, he went on to become one of the founders of the famous French concept store Colette, where he was the Creative Director as well as the main Buyer.
Towards the end of the nineties, he joined Tom Ford into the Gucci group where he became Design Director. Later in 2000, he was appointed Creative Director for Jil Sander. Milan was the driving force behind the 2005 relaunch of famed French men's fashion magazine L'Officiel Hommes, where he currently operates as Editor in Chief. The magazine, now quarterly, provides him with the opportunity to develop his work as a fashion photographer. Milan is also the Design Director for Trussardi 1911's Men collection since 2008.
Creative Director for the Webster, Milan dictates the image and interior concept of the store, and is at the head of the buying process.

LAURE HERIARD DUBREUIL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDING PARTNER
Laure Heriard Dubreuil's extensive experience in Fashion was acquired while working with some of Fashion's most notable designers. She was part of Nicolas Ghesquiere's merchandising team at Balenciaga for several years and later became Merchandiser for Yves Saint Laurent Women's Ready to Wear in Paris, where she met Frederic Dechnik.
Laure holds a Degree in Merchandising from FIT in New York as well as a Business and Mandarin degree from Universite de Paris Dauphine.
As CEO of The Webster, Laure is responsible for setting and implementing the company's strategic goals and objectives. She also oversees the store's operations, manages personnel matters and runs the buying process jointly with The Webster's two other founders, Milan and Frederic.

FREDERIC DECHNIK
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & FOUNDING PARTNER
Frederic Dechnik has acquired a strong expertise in both retail and product merchandising since joining Hermes and then the Gucci Group 15 years ago. After holding the Men's Store Manager position for Gucci, he joined Yves Saint Laurent in 2000 to run the Women's and Men's Ready to Wear Merchandising team, a position he held for five years.
COO for the Webster, Frederic is responsible for the store's daily operations. He runs and supervises the store and manages personnel jointly with Laure, as well as also running the buying process with his two partners, Laure and Milan.
